CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- To apply for a volume order Account please click on the "Account Application" link above and complete the application in full. You should receive an approval email and access to pricing within 2 business days or an email from us explaining why you were not approved.
- Once your account is set-up, you can review and update your account information through the dropdown at the top left of your screen
- When placing your order, the order total will not include shipping fees. We will apply the shipping fees before we issue your invoice.
- Depending upon your account type, you may be asked to pay with your credit when submitting your order. Please note, your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.
- Volume discounts (i.e: 5 or more Cases) are not applied through this order system. If you order a larger quantity, we will apply your discount to your invoice. To request volume discount pricing please email email@example.com.
- Shipping fees are applied after you place your order. All products are currently shipped from Calgary, AB Canada. We work with discount shipping partners to provide the best pricing possible.
- Please allow for a minimum of 1 week delivery time in Canada and 2 weeks in the United States.
- If you require expedited shipping, please forward your order confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: Expedite Shipping for "Your Business Name".
- Please note, your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. To apply for Net30 terms please email email@example.com and we'll send you the Credit Application.
